Jim's Bread & Buns has ventured into a bread that I have been wanting to bake for a long time. It took some time to develop the right recipe and baking method, but I think I have got it. This lovely crusted bread has just the right "chew factor" that I was looking for, and contains RH Best for Bread White Flour, yeast, salt, and water. I think you will enjoy this bread and by the way, there is a two (2) loaf minimum when ordering.
