Rustic Country Bread

Another new addition to the bread line up. This bread is likened to the European style breads and is made with RH Best for Bread white flour, yeast, water, and salt. It is baked in a very hot oven on stone. The texture of the crust is a thick chewy consistency. The diameter of the loaf is approximately 12"!!
