Parker House Rolls

Another new offering from my kitchen. Parker House Rolls were "invented" by the chef at Boston's Parker House Hotel in 1867. A customer requested that I include these wonderful light rolls in my line up. They are made with RH Best for Bread white flour, yeast, salt, water, sugar, and an abundance of eggs and butter!! Delicious!! The traditional offering of these rolls has them lightly dusted with flour. I prefer not to dust!!
